The central Ho Chi Minh City apartment market is set to welcome new supply as Lancaster Lincoln restarts construction with three towers, about 86,000 sqm of floor area and 25,000 sqm of basement space.

Lancaster Lincoln is located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Xom Chieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Trung Thuy Group officially restarted construction of the project body on May 16.

According to the developer, Lancaster Lincoln is developed on a land area of about 8,098 sqm, including two residential towers of nearly 40 floors and one eight-storey amenity tower. The total construction floor area reaches about 86,000 sqm with 25,000 sqm of basement space.

Lancaster Lincoln is expected to bring 750 products to the market, including 559 high-end apartments with one to four bedrooms and 136 officetel units, with flexible areas from 30 sqm to 135 sqm.

Located at 428-430 Nguyen Tat Thanh, the project sits on the strategic axis connecting District 1, Thu Thiem and the southern urban area. With direct views of the Saigon River, Ben Nghe Canal and the city center, Lancaster Lincoln is positioned as a premium residential project in the heart of the city.
